Technical Supervision

Our highly experienced technical team are available to help supervise installation sealing contracts.

We assist your own installers or work with your appointed subcontractors during the installation contract. We assist with initial planning, identifying sealing requirements, developing the best solutions, discussions with safety officers or class societies and offer advice on resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time. We also undertake quality inspections during and after installation to ensure a high quality installation is maintained throughout ready for final project sign off.

With our own dedicated team of highly experienced sealing specialists, we deliver a full supply and install package to suit the sealing requirements of your project. We work on new build projects, during maintenance programs or help resolve long standing issues and work alongside main contractors, their subcontractors or directly for an owner or operator.

Our experience has been gained in varied applications across many industrial sectors, including naval ships, submarines and offshore platforms as well as windfarms, electrical substations, water treatment works, data centres and telecommunication sites. We have installed systems to protect against many hazards, including fire spread, gas migration and explosion risk, water ingress and flooding and areas that require electro-magnetic protection.

The Health & Safety of our employees and to those working around us is a prime consideration. Our installation team will always follow safe working practices and are fully trained and qualified for both onshore & offshore projects. Our installers are certified to work in hazardous areas such as confined spaces or in wind turbines and many are fully trained for working offshore.
