New Factory Opens in Super Quick Time!
With the growth in demand for CSD products a new factory has recently opened in Aalten in Holland. The new production facility is situated beside our Research and Development Centre and has been specifically designed to meet all of the requirements of our full product range.
The facility includes compound mixing, drying and filling units, rubber and thermoplast compounding machines and two state of the art 20 metre extrusion machines for the manufacture of RISE.
We have also invested in 28 new computer controlled vulcanization presses to be used in the manufacture of our new SLIPSIL sealing plugs.
The new factory also includes a new dye making shop covering an area of about 350 sq.m. Training is currently in progress with the latest laser equipment to speed up the manufacture and coding of the dyes. This new training will ensure that the company is placed to react very quickly to the demands of the market place.

The new building also has a store for many of our raw materials and 2 new mixing machines. These new machines allow us to control the manufacture of our rubber grades and to ensure that all of our products are always made from the highest quality materials.
